These terms apply to every offer, order and agreement between Break Republic and consumers through break-republic.com. By placing an order you accept these terms.

All prices in the shop are in euros and include VAT, unless stated otherwise. Shipping costs are shown separately at checkout. We take care in describing our products, but obvious errors in prices or descriptions do not bind us.

An agreement is concluded once we confirm your order by email. We may decline or cancel an order in case of suspected fraud, stock issues or obvious errors, in which case any payment is refunded.

Payment is made at checkout using the payment methods offered there. [List payment methods once live, e.g. iDEAL, credit card.]

We currently ship to the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, France and Spain. Delivery times shown at checkout are indications, not deadlines. If a delivery is significantly delayed, contact us and we will look into it. [Confirm carrier(s) and delivery windows before launch.]

As a consumer in the EU you may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. To exercise this right, contact us at info@break-republic.com within that period.

Exception: tea is a foodstuff. Products that have been unsealed after delivery cannot be returned for health protection and hygiene reasons. The right of withdrawal therefore only applies to unopened products in their original sealed packaging.

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the product was damaged or incorrect. After receiving the returned products in good order we refund the purchase amount within 14 days, using the original payment method. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the order concerned, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.

Dutch law applies to these terms and all agreements with Break Republic, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
